Rachel McQuality
Church Volunteer
Hello! My name is Rachel McQuality, and I'm so happy to be around all of your awesome kiddos! Pastor Dan and I moved to here from central Illinois almost three years ago. I'm a graduate of Millikin University and feel incredibly blessed to be here in Southwest Missouri. My favorite part of being here is getting to discover the unique personalities of your little ones as they blossom.
My favorite Bible verse is, “Be strong and courageous, do not be afraid, or discouraged, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go,” – Joshua 1:9.
Becoming a grandma was one of the most blessed things I have experienced. Besides my grandson, I take great pleasure in sewing, quilting, painting and creating Zentangle art. I am a Netflix, Disney, and Prime junkie. This has developed because I can watch shows (or listen to audiobooks) while doing all my hobbies.

Rachel Bates
Assistant Director
Hello! My name is Rachel Bates, and I am so honored to be a part of your child’s nurturing educational journey here at Little Lambs. I look forward to the adventures each new day brings. Thank you for entrusting us with your precious little ones and the opportunity to share these formative years. We truly love them just as Christ Jesus loves and protects us all. My favorite Bible verse, Romans 5:8, reminds us of this incredible love: “But God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.”
I have been blessed to live in Southwest MO for the last 25 years, raising and educating my 3 daughters. As a life long learner I am pursuing a bachelor’s degree at Missouri Southern State University. Outside of Little Lambs, you can find me playing Pickle Ball, gardening and letting my cat, Pepper, in and out. I am fueled by some classics: sweet tea, Twizzlers, Caramello candy bars, but can also unwind with a bag of Funyuns and a Dr. Pepper! Being a diehard Green Bay Packer fan of course makes me a Cheesehead!
I can’t wait to see all the wonderful things the children will learn and how much they will grow over the next year.

Joyce O.
Nursery
Hello parents! I’m Ms. Joyce, and I’m always excited to welcome your little one to our Infant Toddler room. I've been teaching young children for 15 years, not just here at Little Lambs, but also through my own home childcare and for many years in Sunday School. I truly believe that having your child with us is a blessing, and I can't wait to give each of them all the love, hugs, and spoiling I can. I absolutely love watching them grow and helping them learn new things every day.
A Few Fun Facts About Me
When I'm not in the classroom, I enjoy scrapbooking and camping. My favorite colors are pink and black, and I'm a huge fan of the Kansas City Chiefs! My favorite Bible verse is Philippians 4:13: "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." And of course, you can't go wrong with Mickey and Minnie—they're my favorite Disney characters! I’ve never come across an M & M or Twizzler that I didn’t like.
I am looking forward to a wonderful year with all of you and your precious little ones!

Nessa
Teacher
Hello! My name is Mrs. Nessa, and I am always excited to welcome you and your child to my classroom. I have been teaching young children for six years, and my biggest goal is to make our class a safe and fun place where we can all learn something new every day.
When I'm not in the classroom, I love spending time with my family and my "fur babies." There's Fred, my stubborn and lazy Basset Hound, and Luna, our Golden Retriever who is afraid of everything! A fountain Dr. Pepper paired with Nacho Cheese Doritos is a simple pleasure that can make my whole day. I also love Christmas, cheering for the Eagles, Mickey Mouse and Barbie!
My favorite bible verse, 2nd Corinthians 4:17, encourages me and reminds me that is life’s troubles point toward heaven.

Ivy
Teacher
Hi, I am Miss Ivy. I am the teacher in the 2 year-old classroom where we like to play. There is a saying that goes like this: “Play is the work of a child”. Playing in such simple ways as blowing bubbles can help children's brains begin to build the wiring connections that are needed to learn how to breathe deeply, which is something we practice! We also work on improving our relationships with our friends by practicing sharing and good manners. My favorite Bible verse is
1 Corinthians 16:14.
If you want to win my heart show up with a cold Coke and a bag of Hot Cheetos. I can also be bribed with Rice Krispy Treats and chai tea lattes. I really enjoy crafting and Christmas. I love to shop at Ross and then head out to eat at Texas Roadhouse. I root for the Chiefs and my favorite Disney Princess is Belle.

If you look up Psalm 93:4, you will find my favorite Bible verse. “Mightier than the waves of the sea is His love for you”.
At home you can find me taking care of my three fur babies: Harley, Star and Bingo. Beside dogs, I also love butterflies, hummingbirds and sea turtles. Playing Pickle Ball and hiking keep me active. I love coconut. You can never go wrong with coconut. If I want to eat out, I am heading to Red Lobster I enjoy shopping at Hobby Lobby and Cato Fashions. I root for the Denver Broncos

Jacob
Substitute Teacher
Hi there! My name is Jacob McQuality and I am a substitute teacher for the older children when needed. Being that I get to be the occasional face in their classroom, the kids and I always enjoy each other. We love to get the play doh out and create! It’s also great to be able to go outside when the weather is nice.
Growing up in Michigan and Illinois, I became a fan of snow and cold weather. If I could move somewhere where it is cold all of the, I would.
